  •    Specified minimum training standards (As per IMCA D 014 and AD EHSMS
    Regulatory Framework)
  •   Local diving training standards
  • Original documentation and qualifications are examined
  • Resumes are checked against logbooks for verification of work experience
    claims.
  •  Reference contacts of at least the last two employers are required.
  • Random checks of qualifications, and references.
  •  Depending on the circumstances, dismissal of personnel found to have
    knowingly supplied false or misleading information.
